Construction & Installation

The system uses laser-cut and formed steel panels, laser-cut, formed, and welded front and rear crossbars, and extruded 6061-T6 aluminum center crossbars with a sand-texture finish. The side connector plates are CNC-machined and forged aluminum, while the mounting brackets are billet aluminum that is precision forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser engraved with DRT branding.

All necessary hardware is included and uses black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. The brackets attach at the OEM roof mounting points, so the rack installs as a clean, integrated system rather than an add-on.
