King of the Hammers 2025: Michael Lee and Blake Wilkey

DRT Motorsports Sponsored Racers, Michael Lee and Blake Wilkey give insight on what it's like to race the 2025 King of the Hammers. Both racers had great starts in the Toyo Tires Desert Challenge. After lap 1, Blake Wilkey was hit by a class 10 car that ended his day early.

Michael Lee raced in both the Toyo Tire Desert Challenge and the Can Am UTV Hammers Championship Rock Race. After a race ending roll over in the desert challenge, Michael Lee overcame many obstacles to get the race car back together and compete in the UTV Rock Race. After a week with countless challenges, Michael Lee finished the UTV Rock Race 10th in class.

Michael Lee, a DRT-sponsored racer and father of 3, puts in some serious hours working on and perfecting his Polaris RZR Pro R to be ready for the next race. Whether it's making sure his vehicle is race-ready or improving his driving skills by testing them on some of the toughest trails out there, Michael's passion for off-road is easy to see. The work he puts in every day to continuously improve is nothing short of a grind, but this is what it takes to be competitive in off-road racing today.

Going into his eighth year of racing King of Hammers, Michael's attention is laser-focused. Ever since he took 3rd place in the 2023 King of Hammers Pro Open Class race, he's looking to bring home another win. Whether he's in his garage making adjustments to the vehicle or behind the wheel, Michael's passion for the grind of chasing his dream never fades.
