Shipping Policy

Shipping to and from DRT Motorsports is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may vary based on product weight, product size, shipping method, destination, and carrier requirements. This includes shipping related to returns, exchanges, redirected shipments, freight shipments, and shipments outside the Continental United States.

DRT Motorsports currently offers free standard shipping to retail customers who are not dealers, distributors, or wholesale accounts, unless otherwise excluded or noted at the time of purchase. Dealer, distributor, and wholesale orders may be subject to separate shipping terms, freight charges, or account-specific shipping arrangements.

Small Package, Drop Ship, and Non-Continental U.S. Shipments

Any DRT Motorsports manufactured products shipped by small package, any products not manufactured by DRT Motorsports, any products drop shipped from outside vendors, and any shipments outside the Continental United States, meaning outside the lower 48 states, will be handled as follows:

1. Each item will be packaged and priced according to the shipment requirements. Any related shipping costs will be charged to the customer when applicable.

2. All freight carrier, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carrier charges related to the shipment are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before the shipment leaves the DRT Motorsports shipping department, unless otherwise stated.

3. Any shipment that must be redirected after leaving the DRT Motorsports facility will be charged back to the customer at full cost for any redirect, address change, or delivery change fees before the delivery is changed or completed.

4. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with their shipment.

Truck Freight Shipments Within the Continental United States

Oversized freight shipments are quoted on an individual order basis. Shipping costs will be calculated and billed at the time of shipment based on the size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements for the order.

Additional fees, including liftgate service and residential delivery charges, may be added when required by the carrier or delivery location.

Accessories Shipped With Freight Orders

Products ordered as part of a larger freight order, such as lights or winches intended to mount with a bumper order, may be included at no additional shipping charge when they ship in the same pallet or package.

This only applies when:

1. The accessory product is in stock.

2. The accessory can ship with the DRT Motorsports manufactured product.

3. The accessory is included in the same shipment to the same destination.

4. The accessory is not drop shipped directly from another vendor.

5. The accessory is not shipped separately from the main order.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment will be treated as a separate order, and applicable shipping rules and charges will apply to each individual shipment. Small package shipping rules may apply to any products shipped outside of the main freight shipment.

Redirects, Residential Deliveries, and Rural Deliveries

Any shipment that must be redirected after it has left the DRT Motorsports facility will be charged back to the customer at full cost for any redirect, address change, or delivery change fees before the delivery is updated or completed.

Freight shipments delivered to a residential or rural address may be subject to an additional $80.00 charge.

Customs, Taxes, and Additional Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other fees associated with their shipment at all times.

DRT Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, delivery redirects, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
