The DRT Motorsports Fixed Tailgate is built for Kawasaki Teryx KRX/4 1000 owners who need more storage space and secure cargo management. It also accommodates a spare tire of up to 32" in the bed area and installs without major modifications to the machine.

Construction & Installation

The tailgate is built from modular, laser-cut steel frame panels that are formed and welded into a rigid structure. Each steel component is finished in DRT's proprietary textured sand powder coat for resistance against wear. The aluminum mesh and contrasting logo panels are finished in a mil-spec clear anodized coating for corrosion resistance, and the assembly uses premium black stainless steel hardware for added corrosion resistance and reliability.

To hold a spare tire in the bed, pair the tailgate with DRT's Ratcheting Y-Strap (P/N: 10005TC01401), sold separately. Installation is a bolt-on upgrade that requires no major modifications to your KRX/4.
