The DRT Motorsports Polaris Pro XP Billet Aluminum Hex Bar Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Link Kit increases the strength and adjustability of your sway bar assembly in a heavy-duty, stylish package. The links add rigidity and reduce the lateral suspension flex that transfers from the rear trailing arms to the sway bar. DRT part number 20010SB09201 is designed to replace OEM part number 1544079 on the Polaris Pro XP rear stabilizer bar assembly, all models.

Construction & Installation

These sway bar links are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC equipment from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 hex bar aluminum and finished in Military Specification anodizing with laser-engraved branding. Each link uses 3-piece PTFE-lined left/right hand 5/8 chromoly rod ends with 303 stainless steel rod end spacers. It is a complete replacement set of sway bar links with improved strength and durability over stock.

The rods are left/right adjustable. Verify the jam nuts are tight and installed with thread locker, and use paint check to visually verify movement. Inspect the jam nuts before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure.
