The DRT Motorsports Aluminum Adjustable Hex Bar Sway Bar Link Kit (M12) increases the strength and adjustability of your sway bar assembly in a heavy-duty, stylish package. The links add rigidity and reduce the lateral suspension flex that transfers from the trailing arms to the sway bar. It is a complete replacement set of sway bar links with improved strength and durability over stock, and one kit covers several Polaris platforms that share the M12 OEM link.

Construction & Installation

These sway bar links are manufactured in the USA on state-of-the-art CNC equipment from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Military Specification anodizing with laser-engraved branding. Each link uses 3-piece PTFE-lined left/right hand 5/8" chromoly rod ends with 303 stainless steel rod end spacers, and the hex bar gives you a wrench surface to lock the rod ends.

The rods are left/right adjustable. Verify the jam nuts are tight and installed with thread locker, and use paint check to visually verify movement. Inspect the jam nuts before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure. Check the application list above for the front or rear position on your vehicle.
