The DRT Motorsports UHD (AL-7075) Tie Rod Kit for the 2020+ Polaris Pro XP platform (64") strengthens and adds reliability to the steering on this potent powerplant. Made of 7 Series (UHD, Ultra Heavy Duty) 7075 billet bar stock, the Pro XP tie rods are much stronger than standard 6061, lighter in weight, and can be machined to a smaller diameter without sacrificing strength in order to clear all components through the entire range of motion. Even at full droop or compression, the set clears all suspension and steering components at any point in the steering range so you can ride with confidence.

Features
- Ultra heavy-duty billet. Machined from aerospace-grade 7 series 7075-T6 aluminum, stronger and lighter than 6061.
- OEM rack fit. Works with OEM steering rack part number 1824946 and replaces OEM rod ends 7061257 and 7061258.
- Sealed rod ends. 3-piece PTFE-lined Left/Right hand 5/8" chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint seal the OEM bellow against water, dirt, and sand.
- Full-travel clearance. Smaller-diameter rods clear all suspension and steering components through the entire range of motion.
- Hardware that holds. 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware deliver the required clamping force.
- Finished to last. Military Specification anodized black with laser engraved DRT branding, made in the USA.
Construction & Installation
The kit works in conjunction with the OEM steering rack (P/N 1824946) and replaces the OEM rod ends (P/N 7061257 and 7061258). Designed for the Polaris RZR Pro XP / 4 (64") application, the tie rods are Left/Right adjustable with machined wrench notch areas.
Verify the jam nuts are tight and installed with thread locker. A paint check to visually verify movement is recommended, and jam nuts should be inspected before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure.
