The DRT Motorsports Polaris Pro Series Complete Intake Vent Set (Black/Raw) upgrades the look of your RZR while adding protection to the screen mesh air filters behind the intake and clutch vents. This complete set, P/N 20005IV04101, includes both inner and outer protection for the intake and clutch vents on your Pro Series RZR.

Construction & Installation

This multilayer laser-cut set uses a top frame finished in black powder coat with a contrasting bright anodized mesh back plate. The outer set features an outer frame with DRT branding and an inner laser-cut panel with contrast panels that let the bright anodized finish come through. The outer kit is also available on its own as P/N 20005IV06101. The inner kit includes four aluminum mesh plates, one for each pocketed area of the inner intake vents, plus a single formed top frame that covers both mesh plates and joins the inner panels.

All pieces are made from corrosion-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum and can easily be powder-coated or painted to customize the look of your ride. Removal of OEM deflectors P/N 5457037 and 5457038 is required on Pro R and Turbo R models to use the inner kit.
