Product Details
The DRT Motorsports Billet Aluminum High Clearance Radius Rod Set for the Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R is designed to deliver maximum clearance, reduce weight, increase strength, and add adjustability to your radius rods in a clean package. The rods are manufactured on CNC equipment from aerospace grade aluminum and finished to hold up to hard use.

Features
- Maximum clearance. Lower high clearance rods lift the hardware away from the trail.
- Stronger and lighter than stock. Machined from aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminum.
- Secure chassis mount. Lowers use a press-fit wide 3/4" spherical bearing with stainless steel spiral locking rings on the chassis side.
- Chromoly rod ends. 3/4" chromoly steel Teflon-lined rod ends on the hub side let you dial in length and keep axles within their operating limits.
- Fully adjustable uppers. Upper rods use the same 3/4" rod ends in a right/left setup for quick camber adjustment.
- Corrosion-resistant spacers. Premium 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers for long life.
Construction & Installation
The set is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a military specification anodized finish, machined pockets, and laser engraving. A hex bar on each rod accepts a wrench to lock the rod ends. Lower rods carry a press-fit 3/4" spherical bearing retained by stainless spiral locking rings; the hub side and both ends of the upper rods use 3/4" chromoly Teflon-lined rod ends with 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers.
Note: verify the jam nuts are tight and installed with thread locker. Paint check is recommended to visually verify movement. Inspect the jam nuts before each ride to make sure everything is tight and secure.
