Construction & Installation

Each bracket is laser-cut from high-grade steel and precision-formed with CNC manufacturing processes for strength and consistent fitment. The multilayer main plates feature a satin black powder-coated steel base with bright anodized aluminum contrast plates for the signature DRT Motorsports look. The kit includes high-strength black-plated alloy steel hardware and black-coated stainless steel fasteners for secure mounting and long-term corrosion resistance.

Once installed, the bracket system provides an inside mounting width of about 43". You can reduce that width with custom spacers, which are not included, to fit a wide range of light bar brands and configurations. This kit works with vehicles running no roof or the Kawasaki OEM Sport Roof (P/N 99994-2101). When used with the roof, installation requires minor trimming of the ABS roof panel for proper fitment.
