Construction & Installation

This bumper uses CNC laser-cut steel that is precision formed and fully welded for strength and durability. The integrated winch plate mounts directly to the vehicle's frame, creating a rigid structure built to handle tough recovery situations. The bumper face bolts to the winch plate assembly, creating a unified design that protects both the front of the vehicle and the winch system.

The bumper is engineered around the Warn Axon 55-S Powersports 5,500 lb winch and also works with most UTV winches rated up to 6,000 lbs. A recessed fairlead mounting location lets a 6" UTV hawse fairlead sit safely behind the bumper for a cleaner, better-protected winch setup, and the integrated light hoop gives you flexible auxiliary lighting options based on your riding needs. Finished in DRT Sand Black powder coat, it is built to handle harsh environments while complementing the rugged look of the Kawasaki Teryx H2.
